This class is designed to boost energy levels, sharpen focus, and prepare both body and mind for a productive day ahead. The foundation of the practice is traditional Sun Salutations, practiced with steady breath and progressive pacing to build heat, improve mobility, and increase circulation.
Alongside the yoga sequences, we’ll include complementary techniques such as energising breathwork, gentle dynamic drills and simple nervous system regulation practices. These elements are intended to support a healthy circadian rhythm, stimulate alertness and encourage balanced energy throughout the day.
Expect a well-structured, moderately dynamic class that mobilises the spine, activates major muscle groups, and leaves you feeling awake, grounded, and ready to engage with the week.
